About Alloy Pipes/Tubes
Tesco Steel & Engineering manufactures and supplies pipes and tubes in five standard Hastelloy grades, serving process industries that need materials built to withstand aggressive chemical environments. Our production team uses modern rolling, welding and heat-treatment equipment to fabricate pipes and tubes in bulk with tight dimensional tolerances. Every batch runs through a defined manufacturing process aligned with ASTM and ASME specifications, so customers receive material that matches the grade and dimension ordered.
Hastelloy pipes and tubes resist pitting, crevice attack and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking in environments that damage standard stainless steel within weeks. The alloy retains tensile strength from -196°C in cryogenic service to above 1000°C in select high-nickel grades. We manufacture these pipes and tubes in C-276, C-22, B-2, B-3 and G-30, each suited to a different acid or process condition. Chemical, oil and gas, and pharmaceutical manufacturers specify Hastelloy where carbon steel and 316L stainless steel fail within a single operating cycle.
