About Incoloy N08810 Buttweld Fittings

Within this range, Incoloy N08810 Buttweld Fittings represent one of the most technically demanding products we produce.
Incoloy UNS N08810 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with nickel content between 30% and 35%, chromium between 19% and 23%, and iron held at a minimum of 39.5%. Carbon stays below 0.10%, while titanium additions between 0.15% and 0.60% and aluminium between 0.15% and 0.60% stabilise the grain structure during high-temperature service. These controlled compositions give the alloy a tensile strength of 520 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and 30% elongation, with a melting point of 1385°C. The result is a fitting that resists carburization, oxidation, and acidic corrosion in demanding process environments where standard stainless grades fall short.
Tesco Steel manufactures these fittings to ASTM B366 / ASME SB366, dimensioned to ASME/ANSI B16.9, ASME B16.28, and MSS-SP-43. Sizes run from 1/8" NB to 48" NB, available in seamless, welded, and fabricated construction. Bending radius options cover R=1D through R=10D, plus custom configurations. The product line includes 45° and 90° elbows, equal and reducing tees, crosses, reducers, stub ends, pipe caps, pipe nipples, bends including piggable variants, and two-joint fittings.
